God’s plans in His time are best. Sometimes we can try to fulfill God’s plans in our own strength. In our plans, we can strive and drive toward something we want or think God is leading us to and sometimes that thing we have been waiting for might not be as perfect as we were hoping for, either. But being yielded to God in all of our plans gives us peace and Father knows best.
Do tests scare you? Not just tests from school, but tests we face in this life? God uses tests to keep us from sin and to bring us back to Him. Tests are an indicator that we still have room to grow (and will for the rest of our lives). We don’t have to be afraid of tests. God is with us in each test.

Don’t give up. These three words might temporarily fill our sails so we keep trying. But our strength is not enough. This is why Christ is our strength. He is the One Who enables us to do everything, and everything we have was given to us. Everything. Because of this, may all we do truly be for God’s glory and may we never give up carrying the greatest message in the world that sets people free. Our God is well able and He will complete the work He began in us.
We may not know the future, but God does. And He has revealed enough of the future for us to stay on watch so we don’t waste our lives and so we stay on mission. We don’t have to fear the future or the end times when we are on the Jesus team. Our God holds all the times in His hands.
Got some truth bombs we all need to hear today that can set us free from the precious book of Job. The truth hurts, friends, but it hurts much more to remain in darkness. When we suffer, we can question God, but it is our thinking that needs to line up with God’s. This life is not about us. God’s thoughts are not ours. We tend to want God to grade us on the curve. God gives us grace and doesn’t give us what we deserve. God doesn’t show favoritism, but He does give us favor.
Man it’s hard when people falsely accuse us, gossip or slander us, right? The Psalmist understands. Jesus understands. But we don’t have to bite the bait of an offense. Man is not always with us, but God is. And if God is for us, who can be against us? The truth is, the only good in any of us is Christ. Joy returns when we let God be our Defender and make Him our stronghold instead of man’s opinion.
Life is full of drama but it is our response to drama that can lead to more trauma or to victory. In all of life’s moments, man tries to influence man, but when we let God and His word be our biggest influence, we can see clearly.
Nothing we go through in this life escapes God’s notice. While we search for solutions to ease our pain, God wants to be our comfort. He is enough. His promises are enough. He did not promise us a pain-free, struggle-free life, but He invites us to rely on Him on this wild ride down here. We will face things that are too much for us, but never too much for God.
