Do you have peace today, friends? Not a temporary peace, but peace that lasts no matter what is going on about you? This is a key benefit for those who know God. Come and find out about why we can have this peace.
What has God given you and what are you doing with it? This world will throw many distractions at us and our own heart can be dissatisfied with God’s portion. Let’s not be slack in doing the will of God in our lives. Go for it!
Is it kind to let someone remain in sin and to identify someone by their sin? We all sin. But unless we call sin a sin, we all become deceived. It’s not kind to let someone remain in their sin. It’s cruel, actually. But with kindness and truth, God can open our eyes.
When we are suffering, bitterness and a complaining spirit can tank us spiritually. But if we pour out our heart to God instead, that suffering can be turned into something for our good and God’s glory.
Correction is not fun. We can tend to judge others on their actions and ourselves on our intentions, but God sees all. He knows our thoughts and deeds and corrects us to redeem us because He loves us, not to condemn us. And when we submit to His ways we will be rescued from our ways, which destroy us.
Ever feel confused about the LORD’s direction in your life? Wonder where He is leading you or feel stuck and forgotten in the wilderness? Holding back or doubting Him will not make things any clearer. But when we truly follow Jesus and wholeheartedly trust Him, suddenly we understand His purposes and enter our own promised land.
“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”
