MINISTRY VISION

People are hurting and the church has often not known how to deal with victims of abuse or scandal.  Sometimes it is easier to silence these pains, but underneath is a wounded soul longing for healing.  More and more of God’s sheep are ravaged by attacks of the enemy and looking for real hope in the face of their new reality.  God longs to reach down in that raw pain and bring His sufficiency, but many people live on the surface, numb and afraid to go deeper with God.  Can He be trusted?  Why were such atrocities allowed?  Does He still love me?

In 2007, six months after receiving music awards, radio and television appearances, I was confronted by a traumatic and life-altering event that challenged my faith. Speaking and singing from real-life experiences which inspire this ministry, my vision is to help victims overcome their fears and hurts and walk deeply with the LORD through the pain, emerging a victor on the other side.  Issues that people face today regarding loss of value, discouragement, dealing with deception, isolation, purity in marriage and ultimately forgiveness and restoration are addressed with honesty and humility.

May the music, lyrics, speaking and writing of Seeing Deep ministry invite you to see the deeper truth of God’s Word in times of adversity and times of joy; that in every situation, Christ is sufficient.
